TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Payments and Cancellations
Deposits & Balances: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final balance settled prior to or immediately after the journey.
Cancellation Deadlines: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled service and will generally incur a 50 - 100% fee of the total fare.
Full charges will apply when cancelling a SRT booking within 24 hours from the scheduled pick-up time
Full charges will apply when cancelling a SRT booking less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time
50% charge applies when cancelling a SRT booking between 24 hours and 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time

2. Passenger Conduct
Behavior: Chauffeurs maintain a duty of care to ensure a safe environment. Abusive, threatening, or intoxicated behavior will result in immediate ride termination.
Safety Rules: Seatbelts must be worn at all times by all passengers. Only the chauffeur is permitted to open and close vehicle doors in non-emergency situations.
3. Vehicle Care and Restrictions
Food & Alcohol: Food, hot takeaways, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption requires approval from the driver prior to journey.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all luxury vehicles.
Damage Fees: You are financially liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by your party. Cleaning fees are strictly enforced and can range significantly (e.g., $250 for food/spillages to over $1500 for bodily fluids)
4. Liability and Delays
Unforeseen Delays: Chauffeur services are not liable for delays or missed flights caused by traffic, road closures, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of their control.
Lost Property: While chauffeurs will check the vehicle at the end of the trip, services typically hold no liability for belongings left behind.
Insurance
Pristine SRT Charters Operators and Licensees are insured for passenger travel. This insurance is for public liability and NOT travel insurance. Although every effort will be made to ensure the safe keeping of personal property, we do not accept liability for loss or damage of personal items. Please check that you have sufficient coverage for any personal property that is brought onto our vehicles.
Multiple pick up / Set Down
Additional charges will apply for all extra pickup/set downs required en-route unless already quoted.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the vehicles, with the exception of “guide or hearing dogs’’ and a blanket/mat must be provided by the passenger travelling.
